Kensington Market is a diverse neighborhood community in Toronto, just to the west of Chinatown, and is considered to be the bohemian heart of Canada. It's got independent stores restaurants, bars, and shops. There's often a festival or two happening in the area as well. On this particular day, I was fascinated with the shop on the right side of the photo - the owner put out lots of what many would consider - junk. Yet it was pretty popular with visitors. You can see the owner sitting on the stoop, reading his paper. I was really lucky to get a shot before a car parked directly in front of the stores. The scene makes me smile.
